The Role
What you'll be doing
As a Prodile field agent, you'll work in your host community registering and supporting smallholder farmers. You'll visit farms, record verified information using our mobile app, and check in with farmers regularly to keep their records current.
No office, no desk work, real, meaningful fieldwork that directly impacts whether real farmers can access funding and support.

You do not need a specialist degree. You need to be on the ground, willing to learn, and present in a farming community.
- Currently serving with NYSC, posted to a rural or farming community
- Comfortable using a smartphone (we provide full training on the app)
- Able to commit time regularly throughout your service year
- Interested in agriculture, data, technology, or community development, no specific degree required
